Operations Manager

We are currently seeking Potato and Veg Operations Manager to join our team.

Full Time positions available.

We are based in Batestown, Drumcondrath, Navan, Co Meath C15Y2TA. 5 mins from Ardee. You must have your own transport as not accessible by public transport

 

The ideal candidate will oversee and be part of the operation and team for the following:

 

  • Oversee the daily tasks of the team on the production line

  • Leading the Team

  • Manage staff performance by motivating, training, coaching and mentoring. Creating a culture for success and high performance in line with business objectives

  • General duties & cleaning of production line

  • General light maintenance and upkeep of the machinery in the production area

It is recommended that the right candidate is:

  • Show leadership skills when managing a team
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
  • Used to working with their hands and working under pressure
  • Excellent time management

Successful applicants should be punctual and reliable with a good work ethic.

You will need good communication skills and have an excellent understanding of the English language.
